Paste two or more columns copied from Excel, a CSV/TXT export or an instrument report. The first column is usually time. You can also paste an image of a chromatogram anywhere on the page.

Single-letter and punctuation shortcuts work only when focus is not in a text field, and can be turned off under Settings. Bounds can also be typed: open a peak’s ⓘ details and edit Start / End. To move integration bounds with the mouse, select a peak and drag its dotted boundary lines on the plot. Click a peak label or the plot title to rename it. With the plot focused, ←/→ move the cursor one point at a time (Shift for 10), and Enter sets a bound in Integrate mode.
Peakly has no server. Files are read and processed inside this browser tab and are never uploaded. There are no analytics, trackers, cookies or accounts. The only things stored locally (in this browser’s storage, never sent anywhere) are your preferences: light/dark theme, the shortcut setting below and, when a feedback survey is configured, whether and when you were invited to it. The page loads pinned open-source libraries from public CDNs (Plotly, SheetJS, pako, lz-string, jsPDF, pdf.js). The one exception is the optional Claude image assist in the digitizer: if you start it, that image goes straight from your browser to the Anthropic API under your own API key. The key is held in memory only and is never saved. A share link keeps the data inside the URL fragment (#), which browsers don't send to any server.
Saved in this browser only.
Peakly is free and built by one scientist. Take the 3-minute feedback survey (opens in a new tab). It opens a Google Form in a new tab; Peakly itself sends nothing.
Runs Peakly's built-in unit tests (parsers, analysis, digitizer, app) in this browser.
Peakly is free to use and runs entirely in your browser (Peakly Free-Use License: all other rights reserved). It is independent of, and not affiliated with, any vendor or other chromatography project. Algorithms come from the published literature and are implemented from scratch.
